Persephone - 波粼
Hi friends,
it’s been a while since our last blog post in August last year. How have you been?
End of March and early April is the eclipse season. What old did you eclipse out and what new did you eclipse in? I’ve been experiencing transformations and new experiences that I myself very happy about. There are so many new experiences that I kinda can’t catch up on sharing them all! In my last email, I mentioned the call of Persephone and I’ve been working on embodying her. Let me introduce you her finally.
嗨朋友們，
距離我們去年八月上一篇部落格文章已經有一段時間了。你最近怎麼樣呢？
三月底和四月初是月蝕季節，你丟掉了什麼？又迎接了什麼新的呢？我經歷了更多的轉變與新經驗，新經驗多到有點來不及分享，我自己對此感到非常高興，在我的上一封電子郵件中，我提到了波瑟芬妮的召喚，我一直在努力體現她。讓我終於向你介紹她。
The story of Persephone, the sweet daughter of goddess Demeter who was kidnapped by Hades and later became the Queen of the Underworld, is known all over the world. It is actually the way of the ancient Greeks to explain the change of the seasons, the eternal cycle of the Nature's death and rebirth. Persephone is understood in people's mind as a naive little girl and the sovereign woman being the queen of the underworld who flows between the protection of the mother and the love of her husband.
女神狄米特的可愛女兒波瑟芬妮被黑帝斯綁架，後來成為冥界女王的故事舉世聞名。這實際上是古希臘人解釋季節變化、自然死亡和重生的永恆循環的方式。波瑟芬妮在人們的心目中被理解為天真的小女孩，以及作為為冥界的女王的有主權女人，在母親的保護和丈夫的愛之間游移。
According to Greek Mythology,
Persephone, Goddess of the Flower and the Queen of the Underworld, was the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, the goddess of Harvest and Agriculture. She was also called Kore, which means "maiden" and grew up to be a lovely girl attracting the attention of many gods. She’s beautiful and full of life. However, Demeter had an obsessed love for her only daughter and kept all men away from her. (Such a controlling mom Demeter was!) Since Demeter was in charge of such important role with harvest and agriculture, all the gods were scared to offend her. Otherwise, human would suffer and die of hunger.
根據希臘神話，波瑟芬妮（Persephone）是花神也是冥界女王，是宙斯和豐收與農業女神狄米特的女兒。
她也被稱為“Kore”，意思是“少女”，長大後成為一個吸引眾神的關注的可愛女孩。她很美麗，充滿活力。
然而，狄米特對她唯一的女兒有著痴迷的愛，讓所有男人都遠離她。 （狄米特真是個控制欲極強的媽媽啊！）
由於狄米特掌管豐收和農業如此重要的角色，眾神都不敢得罪她。否則，人類就會挨餓而死。
Hades/ also Pluto is the God of the Underworld. He rules over the dead. He’s the God who decides over the fates of the dead souls. Naturally, not many want anything to do with him because, haha, it’s not like it’s a Sunday picnic going on down there. He was a hard, middle-aged man, living in the dark, among the shadows of the Dead. But his heart softened when he saw Persephone and was amazed by her youth, beauty and freshness. When he asked Demeter to marry her daughter, Demeter got furious and said there wasn't the slightest chance for that to happen. Hades was heart-broken and decided to get Persephone no matter what.
黑帝斯/冥王是冥界之神。他統治死者。他是決定死者靈魂命運的神。當然，沒有多少人想和他有任何關係，因為哈哈，那裡不像是星期日的悠閒野餐。他是個冷酷的中年男人，活在黑暗中，活在死者的陰影之中。但當他看到波瑟芬妮時，他的心軟了下來，並驚嘆於她的年輕、美麗和清新。當他問狄米特是否可以娶她女兒時，提米特勃然大怒，表示這種事根本不可能發生。黑帝斯雖然傷心欲絕，但也決定無論如何也要得到波瑟芬妮。
One day, while the young girl was playing and picking flowers along with her friends in a valley, she beheld the most enchanting narcissus she had ever seen. As she stooped down to pick the flower, the earth beneath her feet suddenly cleaved open and through the gap Hades himself came out on his chariot with black horses. Hades grabbed the lovely maiden before she could scream for help and descended into his underworld kingdom while the gap in the earth closed after them.
有一天，當這年輕的女孩和朋友們在山谷裡玩耍、採花時，她看到了一朵她見過的最迷人的水仙花。
當她彎腰摘花時，腳下的大地突然裂開，哈迪斯駕著黑馬戰車從裂口中鑽了出來。
黑帝斯在可愛的少女尖叫求救之前抓住了她，下降到他的地獄王國，而大地的縫隙也在他們身後閉合。
The other girls had not seen anything because everything happened very quickly. They didn't have a clue for the sudden disappearance of Persephone. The whole incident, however, had been witnessed by Zeus, father of the maiden and brother of the abductor, as well as by Helios, god of the Sun. Zeus decided to keep silent about the whole thing to prevent a fight with his brother, while Helios wisely thought it better not to get involved in anything that didn't concern him.
其他女孩什麼也沒看到，因為一切發生得太快了。對於波瑟芬妮的突然失踪，他們毫無頭緒。
然而，整個事件被少女的父親、綁架者的兄弟宙斯以及太陽神赫利俄斯目睹。
宙斯決定對整件事保持沉默，以防止與他的兄弟發生爭鬥，
而赫利俄斯明智地認為最好不要捲入任何與他無關的事情。
Demeter 狄米特
was distressed. She was devastated, desperate to find her beloved daughter but nobody could tell of Persephone’s fate. Then somebody suggested to her that she go to the Sun God, Helios since he is ever-present and sees everything.
苦惱的狄米特悲痛欲絕，迫切希望找到心愛的女兒，
但沒有人知道珀爾塞福涅的命運。
然後有人建議她去找太陽神赫利俄斯，
因為他永遠存在並看到一切。
Helios felt sorry for Demeter, who was crying and pleading him to help her. Thus she revealed her that Persephone had been kidnapped by Hades. When she heard that, Demeter got angry and wanted to take revenge but Helios suggested that it was not such a bad thing for Persephone to be the wife of Hades and queen of the dead.
赫利俄斯為狄米特感到難過，她哭著懇求他幫助她。於是他向她透露了波瑟芬妮被黑帝斯綁架的事實。
狄米特聽了很生氣，想要報仇，但赫利俄斯表示，
波瑟芬妮成為黑帝斯的妻子和死者女王並不是一件壞事。
Demeter, however, could not let it gone. She was furious at this insult and deeply believed that Hades, who after all had only dead people for company, was not the right husband for her sweet daughter. She also got angry at Zeus for not having revealed this to her. To punish gods and to grief, Demeter decided to take a long and indefinite leave from her duties as the goddess of harvest and fertility, with devastating consequences. The earth began to dry up,harvests failed, plants lost their fruitfulness, animals were dying for lack of food and famine spread to the whole earth, resulting in untold misery.
然而狄米特無法就此作罷。她對這種侮辱感到憤怒，並深信只有死人為伴的黑帝斯不是她可愛女兒的合適丈夫。
她還因為宙斯沒有向她透露這一點而生氣。
為了懲罰眾神和悲傷，狄米特決定長期無限期辭去豐收和生育女神的職責，這帶來了毀滅性的後果。
地球開始乾涸，農作物歉收，植物失去了果實，動物因缺乏食物而死亡，
飢荒蔓延到整個地球，造成了無盡的痛苦。
Seeing this, Zeus had to intervene. He sent Hermes (Messenger of the Gods) to the Underworld to ask Hades to release Persephone. Hermes was famous for his negotiating skill to make deals. At the same time, in the underworld, Persephone had been crying day and night without eating anything because she knew if she ate the food of the Underworld, she’s forever bound by it for forever. But our boy Hades was in love and used a bit of cunning to make sure that Persephone was forever his. He offered her a pomegranate as a parting gift. Persephone was tricked and forgot the rule. She ate 6 seeds of the pomegranate.
宙斯見狀，不得不出面干預。他派遣赫耳墨斯（眾神的使者）前往冥界請求黑帝斯釋放波瑟芬妮。赫爾墨斯以他的談判技巧而聞名。在此同時的冥界，波瑟芬妮日夜哭泣，沒有吃任何東西，因為她知道，只要吃了冥界的食物，她就會永遠被冥界束縛。但我們的大男孩黑帝斯陷入了愛情，並使用了一點狡猾來確保波瑟芬妮永遠屬於他。他送給她一個石榴作為臨別禮物。波瑟芬妮被騙而忘了規則，她吃下了 6 顆石榴籽。
When Hermes arrived in the underworld, he heard that Persephone had eaten 6 seeds. Immediately he came up a solution and had a deal with Hades, which was that Persephone would stay 6 months in the underworld as his Queen and the rest on earth with her mom. Both opponents agreed to this alternative and accepted it.
當赫爾墨斯到達冥界時，聽說波瑟芬妮吃了六顆種子。
他立即想出了一個解決辦法，並與哈迪斯達成協議，
波瑟芬妮將在冥界待六個月，作為他的王后，其餘的時間就則與她的母親一起在地球上生活。
雙方都同意也接受了這個方案。
When Persephone came back to her mother, Demeter brought spring in her wake and when it was time for Persephone to go back to the Underworld, Demeter went into mourning and the earth once again became dried and cold, bringing the harshness of winter along with it.
當波瑟芬妮回到母親身邊時，狄米特給她帶來了春天，當波瑟芬妮回到冥界時，狄米特陷入了哀悼，大地再次變得乾燥寒冷，帶來了嚴冬的嚴酷。
As time went on, Persephone fell in love with Hades and they built an empire which they ruled together as equals. She would become the young, naïve daughter when she descended on earth and rise to the position of the fearsome Queen of the Dead when she ruled alongside her husband.
隨著時間的推移，波瑟芬妮愛上了哈迪斯，他們建立了一個平等的共同統治帝國。當她回到地球上時，她成為年幼天真的女兒，當她與丈夫一起統治時，她成為可怕的冥界皇后。
During the six months that Persephone spent in the Underworld, her mother was sad and not in the mood to deal with harvest. Thus she would leave the Earth to decline. According to the ancient Greeks, these were the months of Autumn and Winter, when the land is not fertile and does not give crops. Whenever Persephone went to Olympus to live with her mother, Demeter would shine from happiness and the land would become fertile again and fruitful. These were the months of Spring and Summer. Therefore, this myth was created to explain the change of the seasons, the eternal cycle of the Nature's death and rebirth.
波瑟芬妮在冥界度過的六個月裡，她的母親很傷心，沒有心情去處理收穫。因此她讓地球走向衰退。根據古希臘人的說法，這是秋天和冬天的幾個月，土地不肥沃，不長農作物。每當波瑟芬妮前往奧林匹斯山與母親同住時，狄米特就會幸福地綻放光芒，大地也會再次變得肥沃、碩果累累。這是春天和夏天。因此，創造這個神話是為了解釋季節的更替、大自然的死亡和重生的永恆循環。
Pluto
Pluto is the Latin form of the Greek name, Pluto, meaning wealth giver
because there is nourishment in the earth, in the dark soil, in the depths, in the subconscious.
There is so much richness. And that dark informs light, and light informs dark, inseparably.
Pluto is an energy that reveals how to deal with life and death while we are alive.
It doesn’t have to mean literal death, but in our culture, we’re so often afraid of death, so afraid of the unknown and we think of it as an external thing. The end of life, in fact is part of it.
It’s a place within us. It’s the dark within us. If we can love it, it’s like we love a life of spring, summer, fall and winter, the light and the dark, life and death are all part of the same cycle.
冥王
冥王是希臘名字的拉丁語形式，意思是財富給予者，因為在大地、在黑暗的土壤、在深處、在潛意識裡有滋養。有如此豐富的財富。黑暗帶來光明，光明又帶來黑暗，密不可分。冥王星是一種能量，它揭示了我們在世時如何應對生與死。
它不一定意味著真正的死亡，但在我們的文化中，我們經常害怕死亡，害怕未知，我們將其視為外在事物。事實上，生命的終點只是其中的一部分。
這是我們內心的一個地方。這是我們內心的黑暗。如果我們能愛它，就像我們愛有春夏秋冬的生命一樣，光明與黑暗、生與死都是同一個循環的一部分。
We often think of death as a separate thing, as opposed to part of life, that something deeper within us, soul or an energy, continues on. When you look at nature, you can see that so clearly. As things die in the forest, they are integrated with Earth, and then something new blossoms, something new rises again. And there's regeneration and there's new growth. We are a part of nature. We are a part of this planet and this universe. And we follow the same pattern.
我們常常認為死亡是一件獨立的事情，而不是生命的一部分，我們內心深處的某些東西，靈魂或能量，會繼續存在。當你觀察大自然時，你可以清楚地看到這一點。當森林中的事物死去時，它們就會與地球融為一體，然後新的事物就會綻放，新的事物會再次崛起。還有再生和新的生長。我們是大自然的一部分。我們是這個星球和這個宇宙的一部分。我們遵循同樣的模式。
It is in the experience with Pluto and the underworld that Persephone was empowered and learned to lover her darkness, love her unlovable and turn it into her rich nourishment to become a full sovereign matured woman, in relative to the naive innocent girl protected by her mother.
正是在與冥王星和冥界的經歷中，波瑟芬妮被賦予了力量，學會了愛她的黑暗，愛她的不可愛，
並將其轉化為她豐富的養份，成為一個完全有主權成熟的女人，相對於那個被母親保護的純真少女。
Why Persephone?
Since the end of last year, parts of my really died.
I’ve been feeling the urge to embody the Persephone archetype.
I want to awaken my inner child that’s innocent and full of curiosity.
I wan to be able to make jokes and laugh at every small and simple thing lightly again.
I want to be the light-hearted and carefree little girl.
Yet,
I also want to be a sovereign, integrated, empowered woman, the QUEEN for myself.
I don’t want ‘either’ ‘or’. I want it ALL.
I’m learning the art of tantric expression.
I’m not just the feminine elegant artist girl.
I’m also the primal raw fierce ancient woman.
I’m the masculine that holds space for my wild ever-changing feminine
and loves all aspects of me, both light and dark.
I’m both the masculine and the feminine, the divine UNION.
I’m whole.
為什麼是波瑟芬妮？
自去年年底以來，部分的我真的死去了
我一直渴望體現波瑟芬妮的人格
我想喚醒我內心的那個天真無邪、充滿好奇心的孩子
我希望能夠再次開玩笑並因每一件小而簡單的事情輕易地大笑
我想做一個輕鬆不嚴肅、無憂無慮的小女孩
然而，
我也想成為一個有主權、完整、有權力的女性，我自己的女王。
我不想要「這個」或「那個」。我全都要。
我正在學習tantric表達的藝術
我不僅僅是一個女性優雅的藝術家女孩
我也是那個原始兇猛的古老女人
我是陽性，為我風狂、不斷變化的陰性提供空間
愛我自己的所有方面，包括光明和黑暗
我既是陽又是陰，神聖的結合
我是完整
Since last summer, I’ve been working on facing my past skeletons and shadows.
Light and dark are equally important.
I’ve been integrating the parts of me that I suppressed, dislikes or hated.
I’ve been practicing loving the unlovable although it’s a never ending work.
從去年夏天開始，努力面對過去的骷髏和陰影。
光明和黑暗同樣重要。
我一直在整合自己曾經壓抑、不喜歡或討厭的部分。
我一直在練習愛那個不可愛的我，儘管這是一項永無止境的工作。

This early spring, I had the honor to collaborate with a genius florist at Sparkling Water Ripples Cafe.
This opportunity happened at divine timing for me to embody Persephone and let her divinity express through me to spread her love and ripple to others.
Let me show you what healing we manifested at this unworldly sanctuary.

今年初春，我有幸在波粼咖啡館與一位天才花藝師合作。
這個機會發生在剛好的時機，讓我體現了波瑟芬妮，讓她的神性透過我表達，將她的愛傳播給他人。
讓我帶你來看我們在這個超凡的神聖空間中所達成的療癒吧！
Upon arriving at the main place where we will make floral arrangement and paintings,
we were greeted with ample sunlight and surrounded by lush plants.
一抵達我們將會進行花藝及繪畫課的主要空間，
迎接我們的是明亮的陽光以及生長茂密的植物。
I’m honored to say 2024 is the year to not only ‘find’ my voice but also to ‘use’ my voice.
我很開心能夠說2024不只是我找到聲音的一年，也是我真正用聲音的一年。
After shortly introducing ourselves to each other, I started telling Persephone’s story.
I was so glad to meet these two lovely girls, Flora and Yirong.
We get to embody her radiance through knowing her story.
在短暫介紹彼此後，我開始訴說波瑟芬妮的故事，
很開心認識兩位可愛的女孩，Flora和怡融
我們藉由聽知她的故事來體現她的光輝。
She’s not only the beautiful spring goddess, but also the dark queen of the underworld.
她不只是漂亮的春天女神，她也同時是黑暗的冥界皇后
After getting to know her story, we went up to the rooftop where the Sparkling Zen Garden is.
在初步認識她之後，我們上到了頂樓的粼光庵
In this peaceful magical zen garden,
we dropped into the present moment by focusing on breathing and our sensations.
We observed the sounds around us, the breeze brushing our face,
and the skin in contact with clothes.
在這個寧靜神奇的粼光庵裡
我們透過專注於呼吸和感覺來融入當下
我們觀察周圍的聲音，微風拂過我們的臉龐，以及皮膚與衣服的接觸
We then scanned our whole body, each part where might be tight.
We breathe into those parts and imagine them to be soft like the flower petals in spring.
然後我們掃描了整個身體，每個可能緊繃的部位
我們把吸氣到那些部位並且想像它們像春天的花瓣一樣柔軟
Persephone was invited to join us during the meditation.
We became careless free maidens roaming on the spring flower fields.
Beneath our feet was a clear flowing stream with sacred water.
We dipped our feet into the cool fresh water.
The sacred water started to come up to cleanse and heal our 7 chakras,
from our root chakra to the crown chakra.
波瑟芬妮被邀請加入冥想
我們變身成為無憂無慮、自由自在，漫步在春天的花田裡的少女
來到腳下一條清澈的小溪，裡面蘊藏著聖水
我們把雙腳浸入沁涼的聖水中
神聖之水開始上升淨化和治癒我們的七個脈輪，從我們的海底輪到頂輪
At the same time, when we called in the sacred water, it started to rain outside.
The soothing rain sound became the best background music.
Can it happen at a more divine timing?
在此同時，當我們呼喚神聖之水時，外面開始下雨了
舒緩的雨聲成了最好的背景音樂
一切都發生在更神聖不過的時間點
At the end, we became fountains of sacred water.
Our healing sacred water flows into all areas of our life, to others.
最後我們化身成為神聖之水的噴泉
療癒的聖水流入生活中其他的領域，其他的人
We all journeyed together.
I know I was relaxed into beingness at the end, palms facing up
because my hands were nervously in between my legs at the beginning.
Around that time, Yirong started crying.
She was in all tears when we finished the meditation.
I was shocked to realize this guided meditation can heal someone to be connected with the divine.
She said she saw many Buddhas in front of her.
(Alright, she is super spiritual already xp)
Flora said she felt she went on a journey.
That’s when I realized what a shamanic journey is.
我們都一起展開了一趟心靈旅程
我知道最後我放鬆到了存在狀態，手掌朝上
因為一開始我的手緊張地放在兩腿之間
大概就在這時候，怡融開始哭了
當我們完成冥想時，她淚流滿面
我有點嚇到這引導冥想可以治癒某人與神聖連結
她說她看到前面有很多菩薩
（好吧！她本身就超靈性xp）
Flora說她感覺自己踏上了一段旅程
就在那時我才意識到什麼是薩滿之旅
Right after we finished the meditation, the sun came out to say hi.
就在我們結束冥想不久後，太陽公公也出來說嗨
(Such a divine timing again!)
(又是一個再剛好不過的神聖時機!)
Time to collect flowers for our floral arrangement later
該是採集花朵來進行待會的花藝課的時候了
Everyone was so excited to explore Emma’s garden
and embody the spring goddess Persephone in real life.
每個人都非常興奮地開始探索艾瑪花園
並在現實生活中體現春天女神波瑟芬妮
We were dazzled by all sort of different varieties at Emma’s garden.
我們被艾瑪花園各式各樣的花朵吸引地眼花撩亂
All the blooms were culticated with love and devotion by Emma and Axan, the florist.
When we were walking in it, we felt the love, too.
所有的花多都是由艾瑪和花藝師言睿用愛和奉獻培育出來的
當我們走在花叢小徑中，我們也感受到了滿滿的愛
Grateful for August who were our helper behind the scenes
He helped me arrange my messy painting tools in a very high-quality way,
gave me a pair of Japanese wooden clogs for garden walk that matched my
outfit perfectly,
carefully filled the buckets we used to pick flowers with water,
prepared super girly after-workshop desserts
He was also accidentally locked up in the Sparkling Zen Garden and
meditated with us together XD
感謝澤元當天當我們的幕後小幫手

給我一雙好在在花園走動的日式木屐，而且還和我的服裝超搭！

Do you know that iris flowers only last for a day?
They bloom in the morning and wither in the afternoon.
It’s such a honor to see so many rare iris blooms at once.
你知道鳶尾花是一日花嗎？
早上開花， 下午就枯萎凋謝
可以一次看到這麼多珍稀的鳶尾盛開真是榮幸呀！
Lovely Flora was mesmerized in the sacred Emma’s garden.
That was her favorite part, she said.
可愛的Flora 被神聖的艾瑪花園迷呆了
她說這是她課程中最喜歡的部分 <3
Even when our buckets were almost full of flowers,
we still stayed in the garden to explore more and didn’t want to leave.
即使水桶將滿之際，也還是駐足在花園探頭探腦不願離去
Reluctantly, like little kids playing outside, we were called to leave the garden.
Time to be back to the classroom to finish our floral arrangement.
不情願地，像在外面外耍的小孩子們，我們被提醒該離開花園
該回到該是回到教室進行接下來的花藝課
No need for arrangements, the flowers were already naturally beautiful as they were.
不用插花，花朵們就已經自然形成美麗了

Our genius florist Axan demonstrated how he usually work with a variety of flowers
while other HSR magazine photographers were also shooting photos for their magizine.
我們的天才花藝師言睿示範他通常如何使用許多不同花材
在此同時，高鐵雜誌的攝影師也在場捕捉言睿工作照片，作為他們雜誌的素材
Ｗe were focusing so attentively and trying to capture his years of experience and nature talents.
There was no way to master it like him because it’s not a skill.
He was simply living it.
我們很努力地仔細聆聽，嘗試要把他多年的經驗與天份給捕捉理解下來
但絕對沒有辦法像他一樣掌握，因為那不是一種技巧
美感是他活著的方式
It took him about two minutes to create such an atmospheric work.
(Alight, perhaps it wasn’t two minutes, but 5-10 minutes for sure.)
他大概花了兩分鐘插出了如此大氣的作品
（好吧！可能不只兩分鐘，但是絕對是5-10分鐘)
It’s years of practices and life experiences to create such simple
yet matured and grandly balanced masterpiece.
是多年的練習和生活經驗創造出如此簡單卻成熟且宏偉平衡的傑作

Axan said ‘ The garden grown flowers are different from the cut flowers that we buy at flower markets. They have nature lines and just more lively and unpredictable.‘
言睿說：「花園裡種植的花卉與我們在花卉市場購買的切花不同。它們有自然的線條，只是更活潑和難以捉摸。」
It looked so easy, so fast when Axan putting them into the vase.
But when it was our time to play, it took us almost 30 minutes to finish our pieces lol
當言睿把它們放到花瓶時看起來一切都好簡單好快速
但是，當換我們的時候，我們插了大概半小時才把作品搞好吧？

Yirong and Flora finished theirs.

Spring is s season for renewal and growth
In many Asian cultures, we do a yearly big cleaning
Getting rid of old and useless stuff to make room for new possibilities
Providing opportunities for transformation and evolution
So that we can experience rebirth, a complete makeover and more expansion in every aspect of life
春天是個更新、成長的季節
在亞洲許多文化中，我們進行大掃除
清除老舊無用的東西，為新的可能性騰出空間
達到進化、提供轉換的機會
使我們可以體驗重生、徹底改頭換面，在生活的各個面向中有更多擴展

Before getting into creation, we took some time to write our intentions of the new possibility that we want to experience in the following months this year.
在開始創作之前，我們花了一些時間寫下今年在接下來的幾個月中，

To paint flowers, you need to first connect with them.
To connect with flowers, you need to feel them.
We can use our five senses to feel them,
taste, smell, touch, look, hear.
We often only use our eyes to observe them, which is the easiest way.
If you’re not sure how to paint a certain flower, you can smell it to interact with it.
Also, if it's edible, you can taste it to feel the aroma.
Or, you can also touch them to feel the texture
and decide which medium you want to use to present it.
Lastly, you can talk to it to see if the flower has something it wants to tell you.
After doing all of them, you should be able to capture its beauty in your own unique way.

Apart from art supplies, we incorporated with precious pressed flowers
that Axan collected over time.
Painted flowers and pressed flowers provided the feeling of real and illusion.

I prepared another smaller piece of paper for writing intentions,
practicing strokes, and testing colors.
It’s a piece of paper for making mistakes.
I like to keep it long at my desk.
Over time, it’d become my favorite creation with notes and artsy strokes.
我也準備了一張比較小的紙，用來寫我們的想望、練習筆觸、以及試色
那是一張專門用來犯錯的紙
我喜歡把這張紙長時間放在桌上陪伴我
隨著時間推移，它會成為我最喜歡的帶有心情筆記和藝術筆觸的創作
Entering the finishing stage, it was a few good hours of focusing and creating.
We started around 1ish and finished around 6.
Time really flied.
I’m used to creating for long but I also felt a little tired from focusing for so long at the end.

我習慣了長時間創作，但最後如此長時間專注也是感到有點累
Around this time, August started to prepare gorgeous desserts for us.
Time to document the beauty we created today.
They made heart sing seeing them all together!

該是時候記錄我們今天創造的美麗了
看到他們全部在一起令我的心歌唱
Beauty feast for the eyes and soul
視覺與心靈的美麗饗宴
We finished with floral pudding and tiramisu
fresh rose petal tea that we collected in the garden earlier.
I’ve had dry rose petal tea before but never fresh ones.
It was so much sweeter with strong fragrance.
And that rosy pink color, just such a delight to my eyes!
最後我們吃了花神布丁和提拉米蘇
下午在花園裡採集的新鮮玫瑰花瓣茶
我以前喝過乾燥玫瑰花瓣茶，但從未喝過新鮮的
比起乾燥玫瑰，它鮮甜許多並帶著濃郁香味
那玫瑰粉色，真是讓人賞心悅目！
Everyone sat down to chat about what we did today, with desserts and rose tea,
ruminating each and every beautiful moment,
sharing our favorite parts of the day,
connecting with each other on a deeper level.
I am absolutely honored and grateful to be able to be part of it all to create this healing experience in collaboration with Sparkling Water Ripples.
