Comparison kills creativity

Comparison kills creativity because it makes us too scared to play.

I used to think creativity is some kind of super power and I thought I was too normal to deserve to be creative.

I was comparing myself to somewhat great imaginary creatives that didn’t really exist.

Of course, my refusing to believe I’m creative resulted in not giving myself any chance to do anything creative.

The truth is creativity is like a muscle that exists in everyone.

It can only get better and stronger if we use and train it more.

But first, we must stop comparing ourselves to others and thinking we are not good enough coz why would we want to be like others?
